Shipping policy

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship all domestic orders via UPS. The standard delivery time for domestic orders is 3–7 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship all international orders via DHL.
The standard delivery time for international orders is 4–21 business days.
Please note that delivery times for international orders are currently extended, and shipping times may vary significantly depending on customs processing.
Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during international shipping.
